About us

Who are we?

We are a family company from the Razdrto, an idyllic village under the foothills of Nanos, at the crossroads of the route towards Ljubljana, Koper, Trieste, and Gorica, which can all be reached within half an hour drive. We started our business in 1995, as a family business, with wellness and catering offer at the Pavlinova klet bar, which carries the family name.

In the immediate vicinity of Razdrto, you can find many natural and cultural sights of Slovenia, such as the Postojna Cave, the Škocjan Caves, the Vilenica Cave, Lipica, and Karst, you can ascend to Nanos, from where you can see the Venetian Bay, if the weather permits.

Pension Mirjam is the place to stay. Very nice rooms with a beautiful view of the Nanos, a high Karst plateau with many trails for hiking. The location of Pension Mirjam is perfect, it’s only few kilometers away from the coast (on northwest) and few kilometers away from Ljubljana, the capital city of Slovenia (on southeast). Excellent breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.
